New York Times Senior Staff photographer Chang W. Lee has been following recently resettled 2007 Saffron Monks to document their adjustment to the U.S. in pictures.  U Pyinya Zawta, U Agga and U Gawsita of All Burma Monks’ Alliance are featured in the 4th installment of a 6 part video/photo web series called “Second Chance.”  The piece beautifully captures a snapshot of their lives as they join together with the Burmese Democracy Movement abroad, and continue their struggle for freedom in exile.
